Where Are We Now?

As of now, we're still in the 'Ghostface is stalking the writers' room' phase. That's right, the script is still being worked on. It's like waiting for your favorite restaurant to open, and you're standing outside, stomach rumbling, peering through the window, hoping they've got your table ready. But, alas, the lights are still off, and the doors are locked.

But fear not, dear reader! The good news is that the masterminds behind the Scream franchise, James Wan and Gary Barber, have confirmed that they're cooking up something scary. It's like when your mom says she's making your favorite meal for dinner - you know it's happening, you just don't know when.

When's the Party Starting?

Now, here's where things get a little tricky. The release date for Scream 7 is about as clear as a horror movie's plot when you're trying to figure out who the killer is. But, according to the whispers in the Hollywood wind, we might be looking at a 2023 release. That's right, folks! It's like waiting for Christmas as a kid - you know it's coming, but it feels like it's never going to get here.

But remember, release dates can change faster than a teenager's mood in a Scream movie. So, keep your eyes peeled and your ears open for any updates. It's like trying to catch a glimpse of the Ghostface killer - you never know when they're going to pop up.
