Poldark Tv Show Cast

Meet the Poldark TV Show Cast: Your New Fave Squad!

Alright, gather 'round, folks! We're about to dive into the charming world of Poldark, the TV show that's got us all swooning over Cornwall and its dashing hero. But before we get lost in the rolling hills and smoldering glances, let's take a moment to meet the fantastic cast that brings this period drama to life.

Ross Poldark: The Heartthrob with a Heart of Gold

At the helm of our little drama is Ross Poldark, played by the oh-so-handsome Aidan Turner. Now, imagine Ross as the cute guy you sat next to in high school history class, the one who always had the most fascinating stories to tell. He's charming, he's brave, and he's got a heart as big as the Cornish coast. Plus, he's not afraid to get his hands dirty, whether it's fighting for justice or mining for tin. We can't help but root for him!

Demelza: The Girl Next Door Who Stole Our Hearts

Next up, we have Demelza, the feisty and lovable kitchen maid who captures Ross's heart. Played by the delightful Eleanor Tomlinson, Demelza is like that friend who always has your back, no matter what. She's smart, she's witty, and she's not afraid to stand up for herself. Think of her as the bestie you wish you had, the one who'd help you move apartments or bail you out of trouble. And bonus: she's got a killer Cornwall accent that'll make you melt!

The Poldark Family: A Tale of Two Brothers

Now, let's talk about the Poldark brothers, Francis and George. Francis, the elder brother and Ross's cousin, is played by the ever-so-talented Kyle Soller. Francis is like that family member who always seems to be in the shadow of the more successful sibling. He's got his flaws, sure, but he's also got a good heart. Then there's George, Ross's cunning and ambitious cousin, played by the brilliant Jack Farthing. George is like the office colleague who's always trying to one-up you, the one you love to hate. But hey, someone's got to play the villain, right?

The Women of Poldark: Strong, Smart, and Stunning

We can't forget the amazing women who make Poldark the powerhouse it is. There's Elizabeth, Francis's wife, played by the gorgeous Heida Reed. Elizabeth is like that friend who's always put together, the one who's got her life together and makes you feel like you should have your act together too. Then there's Verity, Ross's sister, played by the wonderful Ruby Bentall. Verity is like the sweet, caring aunt who always knows the right thing to say, the one who'd give you a hug when you need it most.
