Remember That Time Messi Wasn't Even Old Enough to Rent a Car?

So, I was watching this old match the other day, you know, one of those times when you're scrolling through the depths of YouTube, and suddenly, you stumble upon a gem from the past. This one was from 2010, and there was Lionel Messi, looking like he was still in high school. It got me thinking, "How old was Messi in 2010?"

Alright, so it's 2010. The iPad has just been released, Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" is topping the charts, and Avatar is breaking box office records. Meanwhile, in the world of football, Barcelona is dominating, and there's this kid, Messi, who's causing quite a stir.

So, how old was he? Well, let's do some math. Messi was born on June 24, 1987. That means in 2010, he was... drumroll ...23 years old! That's right, folks. He was just a baby, relatively speaking, in the world of football.

I mean, think about it. He was younger than some of the players he was playing against. And he was already breaking records, scoring goals like it was nobody's business. It's almost enough to make you feel old, isn't it?
