How Old Are The Game Grumps

Age is Just a Number, Right? Let's Talk Game Grumps

Ever found yourself binge-watching a gaming channel, laughing along with the hilarious commentary, and wondered, "How old are the Game Grumps?" Well, buckle up, because we're about to dive into the world of Arin, Jon, and Danny, the dynamic trio behind this beloved YouTube sensation.

Arin Hanson: The OG Grump

Let's start with the man who started it all, Arin "Egoraptor" Hanson. Born on May 6, 1987, in Michigan, Arin is the oldest of the Game Grumps. That makes him a ripe old... ahem, we mean, a mature 35 years old as of 2022. Before he was a Grump, Arin was a successful animator, known for his work on the popular web series "Homestar Runner" and his own animated series, "The Awesome Series."

Fun fact: Arin's birthday falls on the same day as the release of the original "Super Mario Bros." game. Coincidence? We think not.

Jon Jafari: The Second Grump

Next up, we have Jon "JonTron" Jafari, who joined the Grumps in 2012. Born on March 24, 1990, Jon is a 32-year-old internet personality, comedian, and musician. Before joining the Grumps, Jon was known for his gaming commentary on his own YouTube channel, "JonTron."

Did you know? Jon is a self-proclaimed "professional gamer," but his skills are often put to the test by his fellow Grumps. Spoiler alert: he usually fails hilariously.

Danny Avidan: The Third Grump

Last but not least, we have Danny "GameGrumps" Avidan, who joined the team in 2013. Born on March 14, 1984, Danny is the youngest Grump, clocking in at a sprightly 38 years old. Before becoming a Grump, Danny was a musician and a writer for the popular web series "The Onion."

Grumps in Pop Culture

The Game Grumps have left their mark on pop culture in more ways than one. They've collaborated with big names like Nintendo, Sega, and even appeared on the popular TV show "Community." They've also started their own merchandise line, so you can now rock a "Game Grumps" t-shirt or a "JonTron" hoodie while gaming.

Did you know? The Game Grumps have a theme song. Yes, you read that right. It's called "Game Grumps Theme Song," and it's as catchy as it is ridiculous. You're welcome for the earworm.

Reflection: Age is Just a Number

So, there you have it. The Game Grumps are in their 30s, but who's counting? Because at the end of the day, age is just a number. What matters is the joy, laughter, and camaraderie they bring to our screens. They remind us that it's okay to be silly, to laugh at our mistakes, and to find joy in the simplest things, like playing a video game.

Next time you're feeling old, or feeling like you've missed the boat on something, remember the Game Grumps. It's never too late to find your joy, to laugh until your sides hurt, and to make new friends along the way. Because age is just a number, and life is too short not to have fun.
