So, you're into the Ashmore twins, huh? Aaron and Shawn, the dynamic duo that's been gracing our screens since forever. Let's dive into their movie and TV show journey, shall we?

Growing Up Ashmore

Born in Richmond, Canada, these two are like a pair of bookends - identical in looks, but with personalities as different as night and day. Aaron, the elder by two minutes, is the serious one, while Shawn's the life of the party. But don't let that fool you, they're both incredibly talented.

They started acting in the late '80s, with Shawn making his debut in a TV movie called "Me and My Girl." Aaron followed suit a year later in "The Boy in Blue." Talk about a twin thing, right?

Early Days: TV and Movies

In the '90s, they were everywhere. Shawn was in "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" - you know, the show that scared the bejeebers out of us as kids. Aaron, on the other hand, was in "Ready or Not," a show about a kid who could see ghosts. Spooky stuff!

They also did some movies together, like "My Life as a Dog" and "The Day the World Ended." I mean, who hasn't thought about playing a kid who can save the world, right?

Breaking Out: "Smallville" and Beyond

But it was in the 2000s that they really made their mark. Shawn played Iceman in "X-Men: The Last Stand." I mean, who wouldn't want to freeze stuff with their bare hands?

Aaron, meanwhile, was busy being all broody and intense as Jimmy Olsen in "Smallville." I mean, who knew a photographer could be so badass?

And let's not forget "Fringe," where they both had recurring roles. Talk about a twin thing, again!
