Hunter X Hunter Age

Hey there, fellow Hunter x Hunter fan! You know what's as complex and intriguing as the Hunter Exam itself? The age of our beloved characters. So, let's dive into the world of Gon, Killua, and the gang, and try to unravel this age mystery, yeah?

Gon Freecss - The Kid Who's Older Than He Looks

Let's start with our main man, Gon. Now, you'd think he's just a kid, right? I mean, he's got that innocent, wide-eyed look, and his voice is higher than a certain someone's (ahem, Kurapika) when they're excited. But hold on to your hats, folks. Gon is actually 12 years old when the series starts. Yep, you heard it right. He's not some tiny 8-year-old like you might've thought. He's just... small for his age. Really small. Like, 'can he even reach the counter to order a drink?' small.

But hey, don't underestimate him. He might look like a kid, but he's got the strength and determination of someone way beyond his years. I mean, he took on Hisoka and didn't even blink. Well, okay, he blinked. But you get the point!

Killua Zoldyck - The Youngest Assassin

Now, let's talk about Gon's bestie, Killua. This guy is like a tiny, deadly package. He's the youngest of the Zoldyck family assassins, and he's only 11 years old when we first meet him. Eleven! Can you even imagine being an assassin at that age? I can't. The closest I got to being an assassin at that age was trying to 'assassinate' my sister's Barbie collection with my toy sword.

But seriously, Killua is a force to be reckoned with. He's got more kills under his belt than some of the older Hunters, and he's got a heart of gold (or at least, it's growing in that direction). He's like a tiny, deadly, huggable teddy bear.

Kurapika - The Oldest of the Kurta Clan

Alright, let's talk about our favorite revenge-driven, red-eyed beauty, Kurapika. Now, Kurapika is a bit of an enigma when it comes to age. We don't get a straight answer from the series, but it's hinted that he's around 17-18 years old. Which, okay, that's still pretty young, but it makes him the oldest of the main group. And let's be real, he acts like it sometimes. I mean, he's the one who's always trying to keep Gon and Killua in line.

But hey, age is just a number, right? Kurapika might be the oldest, but he's also the one who's been through the most. He's got the weight of his clan's revenge on his shoulders, and he's carrying it like a champ. Well, a champ with a bit of a temper and a penchant for red eyes.

And the Rest...

There are so many other characters we could talk about - Leorio, Biscuit, Alluka, even Hisoka (shudder) - but we'd be here all day. So, let's just leave it at this: the Hunter x Hunter world is full of characters who are younger, older, and way more mature than you'd expect. It's part of what makes the series so darn interesting, right?

So, there you have it, folks. The ages of our favorite Hunter x Hunter characters, all wrapped up in a neat little package. Now, go forth and impress your friends with your newfound knowledge. And remember, no matter how old you are, you can always be a Hunter at heart. Just don't try to take on Hisoka. Trust me on this.

Until next time, happy hunting!
