So, you've been wondering, "How old is Simone Biles, the gymnastics queen who's basically defying gravity?" Let's spill the beans, shall we?
Born in '97, but you'd never guess it!
Simone Arianne Biles, our tiny powerhouse, was born on March 14, 1997. That's right, she's a '97 baby! But don't let that fool you. She's been flipping and twisting her way into our hearts since she was a wee tot.
From the gym to the world stage, real quick
At just six years old, Simone started gymnastics, and it wasn't long before she was competing at the national level. By the time she was 14, she was already making history, becoming the youngest all-around national champion. I mean, what were you doing at 14? Probably trying to figure out algebra, right?
Must Read
Fast forward to 2016, and Simone's at the Olympics, winning four gold medals and a bronze. She's the most decorated American gymnast ever. Like, ever ever. And she's not even 30 yet!

Age is just a number, right?
Simone's not your average 25-year-old. She's got more medals than I have socks, and she's still going strong. She's the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time), and she's not even done yet. She's got her eyes on the 2024 Olympics, and I have no doubt she'll be bringing home more hardware.
But hey, even superheroes need a break, right? Simone's taken some time off to focus on her mental health and advocacy work. She's using her platform to speak out about important issues, like the toxic culture in gymnastics and the need for better mental health support for athletes.

Growing up, but never growing old
Despite all her achievements, Simone's still just a kid at heart. She loves a good meme, she's got a soft spot for animals (she's got a pet pig named Gummy, for crying out loud!), and she's always up for a good laugh. She might be a grown woman now, but she's still our little Simone, flipping her way into our hearts.
So, there you have it. Simone Biles is 25 years young, and she's already left an indelible mark on the world. Here's to many more years of watching her soar, both in and out of the gym!
