How Old Is Rodri

So, you're wondering, "How old is Rodri?" Well, buckle up, folks, 'cause we're about to dive into a tale of time, football, and a man who's got more years under his belt than a fine Spanish wine.

Let's Set the Stage

Imagine, if you will, the bustling city of Madrid. The sun's beating down, the tapas are sizzling, and in the heart of it all, there's a man. A man named Rodrigo Hernández Cascante, but you can call him Rodri. Now, picture him strutting down the street, his hair as dark as the night, and a smile that could outshine the sun. You look at him, and you think, "He can't be a day over 25." But oh, how wrong you'd be.

You see, Rodri, our dear friend, was born on the 22nd of May, 1996. Yes, you heard it right. He's a '96 baby, which makes him a 26-year-old in the year 2022. But don't let that fool you. This guy's got more life experience than some people twice his age.

From the Streets of Madrid to the Pitch

Rodri started his football journey at the tender age of 9, joining Atlético Madrid's youth academy. He spent 13 years there, honing his skills, and learning the art of midfield mastery. That's right, folks. This man has been playing football for half his life. No wonder he's got the agility of a cat and the stamina of a marathon runner.

But here's where it gets interesting. While most of us were busy learning the art of procrastination in our teens, Rodri was busy making his professional debut. At the age of 18, he stepped onto the pitch for Atlético Madrid, and the rest, as they say, is history.

This man has played in two Champions League finals, won the La Liga, and even got his hands on the Carabao Cup. And he's not done yet. He's still got his eyes on the prize, like a kid on Christmas morning.

But it's not just about the trophies. Rodri's got a personality that's as big as his football skills. He's the kind of guy who'd make you laugh until your sides hurt, then pass you the tissues to wipe your tears. He's the life of the party, the joker in the pack, and the best friend you never knew you needed.
