Meet Sharon White Skaggs
Sharon White Skaggs, y'all! She's the sweet harmony to Ricky's soulful twang. Born on August 23, 1953, she's a year older than her hubby, making her a sprightly 68 years young. Now, you might be thinking, "How did these two lovebirds meet?" Well, grab a seat, 'cause it's a story sweeter than a Tennessee sunrise.
Sharon, a member of the legendary country group The Whites, crossed paths with Ricky in the late 70s. They were both part of Emmylou Harris' Hot Band, and as they say, the rest is history. They tied the knot in 1981 and have been harmonizing through life ever since.
