How Old Is Ozzy Osbourne

So, there I was, scrolling through my Spotify playlists the other day, and I found myself humming along to "Crazy Train". You know the one, right? The guitar riff that's been stuck in our heads since the 80s. It got me thinking, "How old is Ozzy Osbourne, anyway?" I mean, the guy's been rocking our worlds for what feels like forever!

Ozzy's Journey Began in the 60s

Let's rewind the clock, shall we? Ozzy, born John Michael Osbourne, was born on December 3, 1948, in Birmingham, England. That makes him, drumroll please, 73 years young as of 2022. Can you believe it? The Prince of Darkness is a septuagenarian!

Now, if you're thinking, "Wow, he doesn't look a day over 60!", well, that's the magic of rock 'n' roll, my friend. Ozzy's been through the ringer, and it shows. But hey, who are we to judge? He's still out there, giving us music and entertainment.

From Black Sabbath to Solo Stardom

Ozzy's career spans over five decades, starting with his time in Black Sabbath. They formed in 1968, and by 1970, they'd released their debut album. That's right, the band that brought us "Iron Man" and "Paranoid" has been around for over 50 years. Mind. Blown.

Ozzy Osbourne Birthday

After leaving Black Sabbath in the late 70s, Ozzy embarked on a successful solo career. His first solo album, "Blizzard of Ozz", dropped in 1980, featuring the iconic "Crazy Train". The rest, as they say, is history.

Ozzy's Legacy Lives On

So, what's Ozzy up to these days? Well, he's still making music, still touring (when he's not busy battling health issues), and still being his eccentric self. He's also got a reality TV show, "The Osbournes", under his belt, and he's been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - twice!

So, there you have it. Ozzy Osbourne, the original bad boy of rock, is 73 years old. Isn't it amazing how time flies when you're having a heavy metal good time?
