Noddy, whose real name is Nicholas Patrick Holder, was born on the 15th of June, 1946. That makes him - wait for it - 76 years young as of 2022. Yes, you read that right. You might be thinking, "76? No way! He can't be that old!" Well, let me take you back in time. Noddy grew up in Wolverhampton, England, and formed Slade in the late 60s. They became one of the biggest bands of the glam rock era, with hits like "Cum On Feel the Noize" and "Look Wot You Dun." And let's not forget their Christmas classic, which is still played on the radio every December.

So, when Noddy's up there on stage, belting out those tunes like there's no tomorrow, it's not just a performance - it's a testament to his incredible career spanning over five decades. And you know what? He doesn't look a day over 50. Must be all that rock 'n' roll magic, huh?

Now, you might be wondering, "What's the secret to Noddy's enduring energy and youthful spirit?" Well, folks, it seems like it's all about staying passionate and keeping the love for music alive. In an interview, Noddy once said, "I still love performing, and as long as people want to come and see us, we'll keep on going." And boy, do they ever!

But it's not just about the love for music. Noddy's also a bit of a fitness fanatic. He's been known to hit the gym regularly, and he even wrote a fitness book called "Rockin' the Years: The Slade Story" - though I'm not sure if that's more about his fitness journey or his band's history.
