How Old Is Mark Rober

Alright, picture this: You're scrolling through your YouTube recommendations, and suddenly, you stumble upon a video titled "How to Make a Squirrel-Proof Bird Feeder." You're thinking, "Who's this Mark Rober guy, and why is he so obsessed with squirrels?" Well, buckle up, because we're about to dive into the fascinating, squirrel-filled world of Mark Rober, and figure out just how old this internet sensation is.

So, Who's This Mark Rober Fella?

Mark Rober is an engineer, educator, and former NASA scientist who's made a name for himself on YouTube by turning science into entertainment. He's like the cool science teacher you never had, the one who'd set off a volcano in the classroom just to explain chemical reactions. But instead of a classroom, he's got a studio, and instead of kids, he's got millions of subscribers.

From NASA to YouTube

Mark started his YouTube journey in 2011, after leaving his job at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He'd been working on the Mars Rover, but he felt a calling to share his love for science in a more accessible way. So, he picked up a camera, and the rest, as they say, is history. But enough about his career, you're here for the dirt on his age, right?

Now, About That Age Thing...

Mark Rober was born on March 11, 1979, in Utah. That makes him a Pisces, in case you're into that astrology stuff. So, as of 2023, he's 44 years old. But don't let that fool you. This guy's got the energy and curiosity of a kid on Christmas morning, and the brain of, well, a NASA scientist.

Age is Just a Number

You know, Mark's not one of those people who's obsessed with his age. He's more interested in learning new things and sharing that knowledge with the world. In fact, he once said, "I don't care how old I am, as long as I'm learning something new every day." And that's something we can all get behind, right?

Now, you might be thinking, "That's all well and good, but what about those squirrels?" Well, Mark's squirrel obsession is a tale in itself. It all started with a simple question: "How can I keep squirrels away from my bird feeder?" And thus, the squirrel wars began. Mark's videos range from "Squirrel-Proof Bird Feeder Challenge" to "The Ultimate Squirrel Nut Trap," with each one more hilarious and ingenious than the last.

Squirrels vs. Mark Rober: The Saga Continues

Mark's squirrel videos have racked up hundreds of millions of views, and sparked a global obsession with these bushy-tailed critters. People all over the world are now engaged in their own squirrel wars, thanks to Mark's infectious enthusiasm. And let's be real, who doesn't love a good underdog story? Those squirrels might be tiny, but they're not going down without a fight.

But Mark's not just about the squirrels. He's also known for his epic science experiments, like the "Glitter Bomb" prank he pulled on a package thief, or his "Giant Jenga" video, which is exactly what it sounds like. He's even tackled serious issues like climate change and space exploration, always managing to make complex topics accessible and engaging.

Educating the Masses, One Video at a Time

Mark's YouTube channel is a testament to his belief that science should be fun, engaging, and accessible to everyone. He's proof that you don't need a PhD to understand and appreciate the wonders of the universe. All you need is a little curiosity and a lot of glitter.

So, What's the Verdict?

Is Mark Rober old? Well, that depends on your perspective. In terms of age, he's 44. But in terms of wisdom, curiosity, and sheer joy for life, he's ageless. He's a reminder that it's never too late to learn, never too late to laugh, and never too late to wage war on squirrels (metaphorically speaking, of course). So, here's to Mark Rober, the squirrel-whispering, science-teaching, internet sensation who's making the world a smarter, funnier place, one video at a time.
