How Old Are The Weasley Twins In Real Life

So, you're curious about the Weasley twins, huh? I mean, who isn't? Those redheaded mischief-makers stole our hearts in the Harry Potter series. But let's talk real life for a sec. How old are they, you ask? Well, grab your butterbeer, 'cause we're diving in.

Meet the Real-Life Twins

First things first, the Weasley twins in the movies are played by James Phelps and Oliver Phelps. They're identical twins, just like Fred and George. Isn't that something? Real-life magic, right?

Born in the '80s

Now, let's get down to business. The Phelps twins were born on February 25, 1986. That makes them 36 years old as of 2022. Yes, you read that right. They're practically ancient in Hogwarts years, huh?

I mean, can you believe it? The twins who brought us laughs and pranks are now in their mid-thirties. Time flies, am I right?

Growing Up

Before they were famous, the Phelps twins were just regular kids growing up in England. They even had a different last name - they were born James Andrew and Oliver Peter. But don't worry, they're still just as charming as the Weasley twins.

They were discovered by a talent agent while on holiday in America. Can you imagine? One minute they're on vacation, the next they're auditioning for a little movie called Harry Potter.

Harry Potter and Beyond

We all know how their audition went - they nailed it, of course. And the rest is history. They played Fred and George from 2001 to 2011, appearing in seven out of the eight Harry Potter films.

But the twins didn't stop at Hogwarts. They've been in other movies and TV shows, like "The Dumping Ground" and "The Last Witch Hunter". They even had a cameo in "The Boy Who Lived" - a Harry Potter fan film.

Still Making Magic

Even though they're not in the Harry Potter movies anymore, the Phelps twins are still making magic. They've done conventions, charity work, and even started their own production company, "Double Trouble Productions".

And get this - they're still as close as ever. They even have a podcast together, "Normal Not Normal", where they talk about their lives, Harry Potter, and all sorts of fun stuff.

So, How Old Are They Again?

Alright, let's wrap this up. The Phelps twins are 36 years old. Can you believe it? Those cheeky twins who stole our hearts are all grown up. But hey, that just means they've had more time to perfect their pranks, right?

Next time you see them, remember - they're not just Fred and George. They're James and Oliver, the real-life twins who brought us laughter, magic, and a whole lot of trouble. Cheers to them!
